Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in carpentry, millwork, metal fabrication, welding, and/or construction trades
- Experienced maker with the ability to manage projects from start to finish: prototyping, pre-assembly, assembly, finishing/detailing, and installation for wood, metal, and other materials
- Ability to mechanically and electrically assemble and disassemble machinery, troubleshoot, repair, replace and install/remove equipment
- Empathetic manager with strong communication and organizational skills
- Observes consistent professionalism and puts safety first
