Center for Economic Mobility

Center for Economic Mobility building in East Palo Alto

JobTrain has built a strong reputation in the community for delivering results through our work — thoughtfully connecting people to the skills, resources, and opportunities they seek so that they attain full economic prosperity and social well-being.

Now we’re taking that work to the next level.

JobTrain is engaged in efforts to build a new Center for Economic Mobility in East Palo Alto, California, which will become the new headquarters for JobTrain. The Center aims to achieve two important goals:

EXPAND: Bring the services and opportunities that JobTrain offers to more people.

JobTrain connects people with the relationships, resources, and opportunities that propel them forward in life. Our new Center for Economic Mobility will allow us to more than triple our outreach to the community, offering more space and capacity to bring our programs and support services to more people across the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

INNOVATE: Build new programs and services that strengthen the local workforce and community vitality.

JobTrain’s partnerships with people in the community uniquely position us to create bold new solutions to today’s social and economic challenges. Our new Center for Economic Mobility will bring enhanced technology, learning platforms, and career pathways that open opportunities for economic prosperity and social well-being to benefit the entire region.
