Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Spread holiday cheer in a fast pace environment
- Snow Machine operating – Spread holiday cheer while creating magical moments for our guests with our snow machine
- Assigned stations are subject to change daily
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Season to end in mid-January, but there may be opportunity to stay on as part of the Four Seasons Silicon Valley Family
- Assists the Server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
- Assists the Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
- Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
- Prepare drinks
- Ability to work in cold weather and outdoor
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America – work authorization document
- Standing and walking all throughout shift
- This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
