Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience as a medical assistant preferably in a physician office including working knowledge of managed care. Experience working with internal medicine offices highly preferred
- Knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid benefits and resources preferred
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Requires a high school diploma
- Medical Assistant Certification is preferred. LVN/LPN or other higher nursing certifications accepted as well
- If MA Certificate not available, dependent on the state scope of practice regulations, minimum 3 years Medical Assistant experience demonstrating medical back office competencies

- Job Title: Lead Data & Policy Analyst
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or other related field and master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business, Operations Science/Management, or equivalent experience
- Usually has 6+ years in data and/or policy analysis or related experience
- Significant experience designing and implementing program evaluation techniques, surveys, cost/benefit analyses, and applying other analytical methods
- Experience in overseeing the use of data management systems and statistical or mathematical programming languages
- Outstanding critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize diverse ideas and draw logical conclusions applying a strong analytical framework
