In a very special article written by JobTrain’s Culinary Arts instructor, Chef Adam Weiner, for CafeMeetingPlace.com, Chef Adam lists the first 50 articles he wrote for CAFÉ’s (Center for the Advancement of Foodservice Education) “The Gold Medal Classroom” series. The “50-Minute Classroom” was conceived by Mary Petersen for the benefit of secondary-school foodservice educators. Mary Petersen, along with Brent Frei, asked Chef Adam in 2008 if he would be interested in writing the series for CAFÉ’s editorial department.
